May 26th- Relief Society Bag Project 9-noon @ church

May 30th- Relief Society Turkey Shoot. Meet 9:30am @ the church. Shoot will be over by noon. Dress comfortably, bring sunglasses and $10 per sister to cover the cost of the ammunition.

Preach My Gospel Study Group--Friday May 22, 10:30am at Melanie Williamson's home. Please study pages 49-54.

Good Weather Walking Group- meets every Thursday 8:45am at Shawnee Mission Park. Meet at East Entrance by the Park & Rereation building. Please let Heather Brown know if there would be a better time to meet during the summer days.


Hot Mamas Healthy Habits Group- will start meeting Mondays 9:00am at Heather Brown's house. We help each other focus on healthy eating habits, good excercise, and enjoy great conversation. Children are welcome. Summer series to begin- Anna Geilman will be giving 3 lessons on Toning, Cardiovascular, and Nutrition. Going along with this we will be holding a contest. More information to come soon.

Book Discussion Group
will meet on Thursday, June 4th at 7:00 pm at Bonnie Dutcher’s home: 15612 W. 80th St. Lenexa, KS 66219. We will be discussing the book: The City of Ember by Jeanne DuPrau. Lots of copies of this book can easily be obtained through the Johnson County Libraries.

Food and Cooking Group--Thursday, June 18 at 7:00 p.m. at Rebecca Rasmussen's home (8906 Dunraven Street, Lenexa). Rebecca will be teaching us how to make the famous Cafe Rio style sweet pork, rice, and Ranch dressing. The cost will be no more than $2 per person (be prepared to pay that night).NOTE: If you are interested in hosting and/or teaching the Food and Cooking group sometime this summer, please call Bonnie Dutcher at 307-0589. This is a very informal group and you can choose the theme you would like to teach about.


Jess Chamber's is trying to raise some money this summer by offering a Mother's Day Out during the summer months. Please call her at 268-7722 if you would like to have her watch your child/children so you can have a day to yourself!
